  • If you wish treatment, your deposit is applied to treatment.

  • If you do not wish treatment, deposit is refunded to your card at the time of consultation


  • 50% of the anticipated cost of treatment is required at the time of booking.

  • Consultation is required before treatment, not all patients will be candidates for every procedure

  • A no show is a patient who misses an appointment without cancelling in > 24 hours.

  • More than 15 minutes late is considered a missed appointment.

  • No shows  may result in loss of deposit fee or $100, whichever is less.
