CONSULTATION

New consultations are complimentary, but we require a REFUNDABLE $50 card payment to hold your appointment.

If you wish treatment, your deposit is applied to treatment.

If you do not wish treatment, deposit is refunded to your card at the time of consultation
TREATMENT

50% of the anticipated cost of treatment is required at the time of booking.

Full payment is required at the time of treatment.

Consultation is required before treatment, not all patients will be candidates for every procedure

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be received within 24 hours by phone.

NO-SHOW & LATE

A no show is a patient who misses an appointment without cancelling in > 24 hours.

More than 15 minutes late is considered a missed appointment.

No shows may result in loss of deposit fee or $100, whichever is less.
