CONSULTATION

New consultations are complimentary, but we require a REFUNDABLE $50 card payment to hold your appointment.

After consultation you may apply deposit to schedule a treatment, or it will be cheerfully refunded
TREATMENT

50% of the anticipated cost of treatment is required at the time of booking.

Full payment or Care Credit financing is required at the time of treatment.

Consultation is required before treatment, not all patients will be candidates for every procedure.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be received within 24 hours by phone.

NO-SHOW & LATE

A no show is a patient who misses an appointment without cancelling in > 24 hours.

More than 15 minutes late is considered a missed appointment.

No shows will result in forfeiture of deposit.
