CONSULTATION

  • New consultations are complimentary, but we require a REFUNDABLE $50 card payment to hold your appointment.

  • If you wish treatment, your deposit is applied to treatment.

  • If you do not wish treatment, deposit is refunded to your card at the time of consultation.

 

TREATMENT

  • 50% of the anticipated cost of treatment is required at the time of booking.

  • Full payment is required at the time of treatment.

  • Consultation is required before treatment, not all patients will be candidates for every procedure.

PAYMENT

  • Deposit required to reserve treatment

  • No checks accepted.

  • Card, Cash or Care Credit only.

CANCELLATION

  • Cancellations must be received within 24 hours by phone.

  • To cancel call (858) 240-7097, do not email.

  • If you do not reach the receptionist, please leave a message.

NO-SHOW & LATE

  • A no show is a patient who misses an appointment without cancelling in > 24 hours.

  • More than 15 minutes late is considered a missed appointment.

  • No shows  may result in loss of deposit fee or $100, whichever is less.
